    Sam Hill

    Managing Director

    With a background in Facilities Management, Sam founded PLA Facilities Management in 2010, cleaning many domestic contracts in and around Bradford and the Northern regions. Having built a strong customer base, he moved the business forward by providing services to blue chip companies including Morrison’s, ASDA, Premier Inn, Costa Coffee and Starbucks.

    Josh Herring

    Business Development Manager

    As Business Development Manager, Josh is responsible for managing existing national accounts as well as developing new business. Josh works closely with our operations and delivery teams to achieve a co-ordinated and collaborative approach to project negotiation, delivery, and planning.

    Olivia Ashong

    Business Development Executive

    Olivia is responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development, creating new opportunities and managing the full negotiation and close process with clients from start to finish.

    James Humphreys

    Northern Area Manager

    James manages a portfolio of customers throughout the North of England, working to improve productivity, customer relations and service, surpassing regional and national goals. To do this, James coordinates with, mentors and motivates our area supervisors and cleaning teams.

    Ricky Kellett

    Industrial Cleaning Manager

    Ricky is responsible for overall direction and execution of assigned projects, managing a team of 50 within our Industrial Cleaning Division. Ricky ensures that work performance is planned and coordinated according to the schedule, with strict adherence to quality, budget and health and safety considerations.
